Terms and conditions

HOW TO ORDER

You can order online and pay through the website or by cheque. To pay by cheque, please place your order through the website and choose the 'pay by cheque' option when you get to the checkout. Please note that goods that are paid for by cheque will not be despatched until payment has cleared.

PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is by PayPal using a credit or debit card. Payments by cheque must be in UK pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank account.

CURRENCY

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling. Payments made by credit or debit card through PayPal from areas outside the UK will be converted to your local currency by your card provider and will be subject to prevailing currency conversion rates and any additional charges that the card provider may make.

POSTAGE

Standard delivery charges are for UK addresses only. Minimum delivery charge (for one shade and one base) is £9.00. For more than one shade and one base the charge is £14.00. Please note, we send our products through a courier company that will contact you. Please provide delivery details at an address where someone will be available all day, such as a work address or please give the address of a neighbour who would be willing to accept the delivery. Please email us for information on additional delivery charges for non UK addresses.

DELIVERY

All our shades are made to order. Delivery may take two to eight weeks weeks from the date of ordering. Bespoke shades may take longer. We will email you with an estimate of your delivery date.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

Unfortunately sometimes things get lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a battered parcel please retain all the documentation and sign for it as 'damaged package, goods not yet inspected'. Please contact us immediately by email giving details of the damage. Please do not return damaged goods unless requested, so that we may make claims against the carrier's insurers. Faulty goods should be returned promptly to us (within 7 days) with the packaging unopened. Your shipping costs will be refunded. Please send by courier or Royal Mail special delivery service as goods which are returned to us but lost in transit remain your responsibility.

NON UK CUSTOMERS

Shades can be supplied with 54mm rings to suit European light fittings on request. Please email us immediately after ordering to request this modification. Please quote your order number. Lamp bases cannot be supplied with anything other than British standard wiring.

DATA PROTECTION

Isabel Stanley Design does not share customer data with third parties. However we may send you marketing and promotional material from time to time unless you request otherwise.

STUDIO ADDRESS

We are not always in the studio. Should you wish to visit us to view the collection, please email in advance to make an appointment.
